Kashmir is affectionate, happy, and at peace with the world. She welcomes all new friends and new adventures with an open heart and open mind.

She has been an amazingly wonderful mom to her 4 kittens and she even opened her paws to a litter of kittens that lost their mom. It is a tragic story where only one kitten has survived, but Kashmir has proved to be a beautiful cat both inside and out.

Whoever said American Eskimo’s are feisty? What a bold statement. I have found them to be a peaceful and warm hearted tribe of people! It’s takes great skill, heart, to thrive in such cold climates as northern Alaska

Meet Fred & Ethel

They are two Dutch bunnies who are sister and brother, litter trained, very mellow and gentle. They enjoy their romps together in the house and are easily handled. Please consider adopting Fred and Ethel who lost their former home to the economic problems of today.

Sidney is a sweet Yellow Lab mix. She has plenty of energy, and loves to run and chase sticks and the birds she’s utterly sure that she will catch. She just wants to be your best friend.

Gretsch has been at the Family Dogs New Life Shelter since before Christmas. We think it should be Christmas all year round and that this handsome gentleman needs you to put on your Santa outfit and come meet him.
